Good luck with it.

I was just wondering if it might be a good idea for writers to accept assignments even if they're not sure -- sort of trial by fire. Otherwise uncertainty could make you miss opportunities.

You're right, mariot. That's exactly why I committed to writing this screenplay, because it was out of my comfort zone.

Good advice, tinKupp, since, like most of us, I also have a day job as a copywriter. Probably just a case of burn-out. I'm incredibly lucky, though, in that my CD supports me, and has no problem with me working on my own stuff in my down time.
