Where's the money? Who is backing the venture? How are they going to finance production and acquisition costs? Seriously, I read the article and they are clearly a collection of people with a lot of insight into digital distribution, but you can't be a "mini-major" without very deep pockets, so what they are claiming they want to do sounds pretty tough without a serious equity player and in making the kind of statement that they have, you would expect some transparency around where the funding for these activities is coming from.

It's interesting. Skimmed over the article. On the surface, it looks like a good opportunity to push your work or network with the still developing heirarchy of personel there...

but SBS right, whole lotta ..."OK, How?"... going on there.
