Ok as technical illiterate I have run in to some problems.
I was going to start a massive rewrite today but I still need to keep a lot from the old script. My old computer (a mac) died on me recently and I lost everything on it including the old script, but I had from Celtx exported it to mac's pdf and emailed it to my producers from my hotmail. So I downloaded the script in pdf form to my new computer (mac) and tried to import the pdf to celtx. It didn't work so I copied and pasted, it looks fine where I write but when i convert it back in to pdf it goes a little bit crazy, the problem is that I write in swedish and the swedish letters å ä ö goes all wonky and this text; [PLEASEINSERT\PRERENDERUNICODE{ÌĹ}INTOPREAMBLE] shows up in the middle of my first scene heading. Well I have spend an entire day trying to figure this out instead of spending my time writing, worst procrastination experience ever! ![]() and my frustration is starting to give a reading on the richter scale I think the problem is mac + swedish, the å ä ö problem remains when I use the BBedit thingy any suggestions? |
