Query letters from hell site?

Hi, I remember coming across a site (I think on blogspot) of an agent or manager who posted the most ridiculous query letters they'd ever received.

There was a sad post that the site creator had passed on and his/her friends were keeping the site going.

I've searched this forum and google, can't seem to find it. Does anyone know the site and can the post its address?
