I've been offered representation by a manager who seems extremely passionate about pitching my work. Read some mixed reviews on this particular manager but don't want to make judgements (yet) and would love some feedback from anyone who gets submissions. Before I go with this manager, I want to know if any development peeps on this board (lurkers, active posters, assistants, etc.) will consider sharing with me whether they even take this person's pitches seriously or if I should look elsewhere. I *promise* not to query you should you reply to my post as a PM. But I will send you this person's name and all you have to do is say "Yeah, I read this person's submissions" or "No, I delete immediately, find another rep!"
As always, thanks for your feedback... Just trying to make some thoughtful decisions without naming names! |
