You might also want to check out Courier10 BT, available for download from various places on the net, including:
www.neosoft.com/~bmiller/courier.htm It prints out heavier than Courier heavy, and is really nice. As for the line spacing, I would only add that you can loosen things up a bit by using 12.1–12.5 points as your exact line spacing, if the lines appear to be too close together with 12.0 spacing (the tight spacing of 12.0 is fine for Courier New and Courier Final Draft, which are a little on the skinny side, but lines in heavier Couriers may be a little claustrophobic without a little loosening up). The addition of a fraction of a point to the spacing does not change pagination very much. I think I use about 12.5 for Courier10 BT, but I am not sure. |
