I dunno. DONNIE DARKO. LOST HIGHWAY (Lynch, right?).
The original and only CABINET OF DR. CALIGARI.
SUSPIRIA. CHINA BLUE (w/ Kathleen Turner and Ant'ony Perkins). {edit - that shd. be CRIMES OF PASSION, I believe}.
JACOB'S LADDER. NAKED LUNCH. PI.
(seen alotta weird movies, now that I think of it...but then again my # of netflix ratings is presently just 100 shy of 5,000...).

Re: Weirdest films you've ever seen
-A Serbian Film
-Tokyo Gore Police
-Paprika (great anime; RIP Satoshi Kon, unbelievable master filmmaker)
-Paranoia Agent (also by Satoshi Kon, although this is an anime series)
-Funky Forest: First Contact (totally awesome Japanese comedy although not everyone's cup of tea)
Since others have mentioned Tetsuo, there are two other Shinya Tsukamoto films really worth watching: Bullet Ballet and A Snake of June. Kiyoshi Kurosawa's Charisma has some weird elements and it's a very nice film. Japanese cinema rules!
