  • What to use for iPad?

I've been using Word for all my screenplays since I could just tote them around on a thumb drive and work on them wherever. I have an older version of Final Draft on a desktop, but I've never used it.
I'm looking to start doing most of my work on my iPad/iPhone. Just curious about any experience people have had with iOS apps. I'm leaning towards ScriptsPro but I've read good things about FD and Celtx.
    Anyone want to weigh in?
    Thanks.

I got Final Draft for iPad at low intro price. Seems to do OK, although I don't use for heavy-duty stuff, just working on scene during lunch break etc.

Funny, I read both of those before coming here. They make some compelling arguments.

I've heard good things about the Fade In mobile ap.

I use their desktop app and am very happy. I would definitely feel better about giving money to FI than to FD.

I'd save the money and write in Fountain in whatever little nifty text editor I prefer, like iA Writer, or one of the plethora of free ones, and then put it into a proper screenwriting app when I'm back at my laptop.
