Thanks to those who voted and those who offered congratulations and comments.

I'm firmly in the outlining side but for this it was almost a free-flow and I had some fun discovering what might happen when two Nuns walk into a bar.

I'm a bit surprised almost nobody took up the task to use the suggested elements; I took it as an a useful exercise for when one writes a commissioned screenplay. Seems like a good idea for future contests.

Cheers.

Hey, Road Warrior, now you understand why it was The Lighthouse and not, say--Devil's Cauldron.

But I did describe the bar : A typical-fake Irish bar, wood and polished brass. On the wall above the counter a scaled-down Lighthouse model, complete with light.

Cheers.

Yeah, I skimmed over that part and just thought it was a joke about cliches... which it kind of was, but yeah.

Yeah, that's right, I slipped up didn't I. Missed the bonus point details, but, in defence, I might have preferred to see a lighthouse heavyweight paperweight behind the bar, used later in the story to bump a character over the head perhaps, and preferred that the bar was named something like: "The Drink in here and all types of horrid horror film things are likely to happen to you, Saloon" instead.

Me too! And yep that was exactly the intention, kinda riffing off "scripts wanted" type ads.

Oh, yes. I even put in a Refusal Of The Call and also a Save The Kate moment.

Well, this lighthouse did bump a character too, didn't it?

Sorry, the Dismemberment & Buckets Of Blood Pub will have to wait for another day.

Righto. And it's not the worse idea you've ever had.

Me too. It was't until reading the entries and I got to the 3rd appearance of a '68 Charger that I figured out I missed the Dukes of Hazard thematic add-on.
