Default Framelight Productions

Hey...has anyone had any experience with Jeff or Rob over at Framelight?

They requested a script. Just curious...

Jim Gerlach requested a script of mine. He actually found me on this site, but I think he may have left already as I don't find his name anymore...

I don't know much about them except this --

I hate to bump such an old thread, but I did a deal with them. Straight shooters, and from what I hear there are "some cool people" looking at my property and one big producer who is "very interested" but hasn't signed yet.

I actually found them through an e-query service, of all things. Mark Rotundo requested my script and then got back to me pretty quick saying he really liked it and was passing it up to his supervisor. I've since checked in, though, and haven't heard anything back.

I'm a different case from others because Framelight was set up to produce "comic book adaptions" in 2008. I come from the world of comic books and they approached me. I guess they were looking for a spy thriller and saw I had made a splash. I just got lucky.

I do want to branch out and actually write a film, but my true love at the moment is comics and audio dramas. I have one pilot ready to go and am working on a new one, and a film as well as three new graphic novels.

The number is wrong for anyone trying to call it. It looked wrong to begin with.

The number I have works... Of coures it's Jeff's personal number... I also have one of the assistant's numbers. I've been talking more to him cause we're closer in age.

I guess I should have been more clear. The number on the webpage. And unsolicited is when you send it in blind or un requested. But of course screeners will tell you almost anything to leave them alone.

Are you trying to pitch them a script?
