  • 3:10 To Yuma WTF?

I never watched the original and just now got around to seeing the newer one with Crowe. How can I say this kindly... What a bunch of predictable, sappy, pile of steaming bullcrap.

    That is all...

I recommend not doing that again and watching, 'The Cowboys' or 'The Shootist' to bring back the western spirit.

    As you were.

      Yep, I liked the Shootist.

i know it's death-by-dd-torture to play devil's advocate but, erm... i liked this one.

(hollow echo of a pin drop in the dd forum...)

call me a sappy person but a bowl of popcorn and a predictable movie can be worth paying for and even welcome.

and it doesn't hurt to look at mr. crowe or mr. bale in action either.

As I watched Bale in Yuma I kept thinking about the DP he chewed out and said to my dog, I hope someone kills him in this film.

Nah, Bale is just an actor. He's expendable. My police trained German Shepherds on the other hand are special and cost $10k each.

Pretty sure I got the gun part right as well.

Killer as in awesome, not killer as in you have cujo running lose in your house, . Besides, my bro-in-law is a cop and I know all about police trained dogs. He never shuts up about it!

                            So you do like liberals?

I was disappointed in 3:10 to Yuma...big time. Could this be because I own a German Shepard, too?

Except mine didn't cost as much as Code7's (not even close), he's not police trained, and there is a possibility he's gay...cause he didn't like the bitch I set him up with but that's another story.

Did poodle owners enjoy this film? Is there some scientific correlation between gay dogs and macho movies?

                              Thoughts?
