![]() This is similar to the voicemail options question but this is with a live producer who actually made a couple of successful studio films. I got myself an invitation to his screening where he will be in attendance to take questions afterwards. I'm going to try to meet with him personally for coffee right before the screening.
After spending all this time in finding ways to meet someone, now that I have the opportunity, I don't want to blow it. Two questions: 1. If I do get a chance to meet with him personally, what should I ask of him --- for him to read one of my scripts, for contacts to an agent, just general advice on getting a foot in the industry, what? 2. If I only get a chance to meet him after the Q & A, probably with a ton of other people, what should I ask of him in that situation? I'm sure many of you were fortunatue enough to have these "contacts" before; were they helpful or did they just pay lipservice to you to get rid of you? I'm psyched for thie opportunity and would love your input. |
