![]() When I read the script, I had pictured Brad Pitt's character more intense. I don't understand why the trailer is light and puffy. And did he say "text me the game?"

![]() I'll go see it. There's some good actors involved so it's definitely a matinee, and something to wind down with after seeing explosions, latex, robots, and other fake sh!t all ****ing summer long.

![]() I'll go see anything having to do with baseball. Liked the book. Really, really hard to turn into an entertaining movie though. But it looks like they're going for a dramedy with a touch of the "Major League" vibe. Fine by me!
Also, Phillip Seymour Hoffman as Art Howe is inspired casting. Can't wait! |
