Absolutely. Best movie ever made, dude. Braveheart? Not even top 10 for me. Not bad, but not greatness.

DIE HARD is great, and Bruce Willis (the main reason it's great) deserved his whole career based off that one flick - but it has some clunky shit in it and it doesn't nearly engage me on an emotional level like some muthafuckin' BRAVEHEART!!!!

Definitely not great mainly because of Willis. It's great because it basically jumpstarted an entire genre.

Action movies still wanna reach Die Hard level today. And 99% can't. I've seen better epics than Braveheart. Not knocking it, but it's didn't have a Die Hard level of impact.

Braveheart raised the bar on epics. Probably has one of the best ending scenes in a movie. And that speech before the first major battle -- had me wanting to go to war.

Watching his wife get her throat slit by that scumbag Englishman. I don't care what race, creed, or religion you are. When they slit Braveheart's wife throat, I think everyone wanted him to ride on the English until they were left in ashes.

And that FREEEEEEEEDOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!! That sh*t will echo in eternity. He was fighting for something that everyone takes for granted. Makes me choke up every time I watch it. Few movies can bring that kind of emotion out of a viewer.

DIE HARD is amazing, but BRAVEHEART is even amazinger.

It's like you've got this great piece of apple pie. It's so damn good that you can't even imagine wanting anything else. But then Grammy offers you some ice cream to go with it, and you're like, "Damn, Grammy! So awesome!"

Well, if we're basing greatness on impact... BIRTH OF A NATION or CITIZEN KANE trump DIE HARD.

But yeah, this is a purely subjective argument and I'll say BRAVEHEART hit many more notes for me; IMO, DIE HARD is a great jam... but BRAVEHEART is a symphony.

Braveheart sucks balls.

PROUD TO BE ENGLISH!!!

That aside, Commando, Zulu, Hard Boiled and Full Contact all desperately need to be on this list, not to mention, Three Fellas, AKA, Bar Legend and a million other flicks I could name.
