This doesn't make sense, please elaborate. What do you mean by "developing your screenplay"?

What i mean is you for instance, a screenwriter partners with a producer to develop a screenplay, creating a pitch, package it with key stars and a director, and pitching it to larger producers or even studios and infact selling your pitch

Well now you've brought a producer on to it which you did not mention but unless you have major leverage, you won't be a producer on it so no development fee, no producing on set, no fee to give you more up front or back end and little in the way of relationships other than with the real producer and maybe you get to work with a director. Very, very few writers get to be producers on their features. This is usually earned over time and produced writing credits and even then you're likely to get a cursory credit (co- or maybe exec producer).
