Default Lesser known films with plot twists.

There are the ones we all pretty much know like the 6th sense ect.

But what movies that perhaps did not get as much coverage, had a twist in the plot that made your jaw drop?

A lot of those movies have really slow stories that put off the mass public, but I feel some of those reward you if you stick with it until the end, looking to expand my library

TELL NO ONE is a good one. It doesn't have a jaw dropping twist, but it is a great thriller with some nice turns.

I've brought this up before.

Wreck It Ralph.

Great twist that I didn't see coming.

None of these are what I'd call lesser known, but fwiw:

The Crying Game
The Usual Suspects
Fight Club
Vanilla Sky
Primal Fear
Shutter Island
Jacob's Ladder

This one was well known at the time and even had protestors at theaters on opening night, but it is not as well known today...at least the plot isn't as well known.

Basic Instinct (1992) with Sharon Stone and Michael Douglas

Also:
No Way Out Kevin Costner and Sean Young
Charade with Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant
21 with Kate Bosworth and Jim Sturgess--doesn't exactly follow the book
The Ghost Writer with Ewan MacGregor and Pierce Brosnan

and any movies made from the novels of Allistair MacLean:
Where Eagles Dare
Bear Island
Tobruk
Guns of Navarone
Breakheart Pass
Ice Station Zebra

Indeed- the definition of lesser-known is probably pretty elastic.

Kiss Or Kill?

Lantana?

The Prestige? (Boy do I hate to think of The Prestige as lesser known... )

Tried to see it yesterday, then saw it was in French, and my attention was not going to be all there since I was writing. But I just put it on today again, seems like my type of movie.

I havent seen most of those so I shall check I tried looking for some in your list, but when the "NO WAY OUT" came out as a gay/lesbian film with one star and no kevin costnet on Amazon prime I got discouraged.

I know you meant another one, but that's the one that came out haha. Get it? Came out? OH! (The logline was about someone coming ou-- Nevermind)

Yeah I know I mean i guess movies where the end is not already known by most, even if they have not seen it. I would guess even if you have not seen 6th sense by now, you probably know the twist. But it is pretty subjective in a sense.
