  • Firehouse theater story

As the glitz and glamour of the Oscars happen tonight, a friendly reminder that movies are for everyone.

Touching story on CBS Sunday Morning about a man in a small town who has used his life savings to keep an independent theater running. He greets each audience before the show to tell them tidbits about the movie they're there to see, and is the concession stand operator, projectionist and usher. (watch the video if you can, its better than the "read.")

There's also been a gofund me set up to try and keep it running.
