Default Pitching Game Developers?

I have a short screenplay (and I'm working on a feature-length version) that's a unique world with protagonists in a unique conflict, and it could work really well as the basis of a 3D open-world video game.

Does anyone know how I could pitch it to game developers - perhaps triple-A ones such as Rockstar and Ubisoft?

Is doing that even possible in the video games industry?
