What kind of skills are looked for, like on a resume?

My husband is interested in trying to get a PA gig but I don't know what they want to see on paper. I work at WB and I can put the word out, but I don't know what they want in an assistant.

I've never been a PA or an assistant, so I can't speak about it personally, but this blog seems to have a lot of good info for people looking to get into that:

Most PAs are going to either be fresh out of college or have only other PA experience on paper. So it's less about that and more about being able to convey a willingness to work long hours, maintain a positive attitude, be eager without being annoying, and have a reliable car. Office phones, computer skills, and organizational skills are a bonus.
