And for the record, I had starting typing mine up before you posted yours. It showed up to me right after I posted mine

Someone here had asked earlier if everyone but them had received an update email. I did not. Whoever you are, you're not alone!

That was me. I deleted the post because I found it in my spam folder. Word is they'll send out notices on the 16th, but I don't see why they can't let those who are definitely not in the running know. Sadists

Oh, so now I'm the only one who didn't get the email. Doh!

Perhaps it went to spam, or bounced? Either way, my understanding is that some finalists were notified and everyone else got the email.

Bounce possible, I suppose, but seems unlikely. Definitely not in spam. I received the original confirmation email when I submitted and nada since. Oh well, either way it does not sound promising. I guess I'll just wait and see if something shows up on the sixteenth! Thanks for replying by the way.

Gah! I'm a little annoyed at this finalist list, because they didn't include loglines. I figured that's why they make you submit one in the first place. So here are the finalists. We have at least one DDer (congrats again lache). Anyone else make it? Lots of CA represented.

I knew I was out after hindsight - having a Donedealer bring up issues he had and then another guy who works in TV bring up those same issues. I've since re-written it and will be throwing it into the Slamdance ring. Anyone with me?

Hadn't thought about it. Anyone else recommend it?

I'm guessing their TV contest isn't comedy specific, just TV in general?
