    EJ: fantastic news, hope it keeps getting better. And thanks for letting all of us know what's going on.

    Question: is the interested agent the same agent who the manager was referring to? In other words, are the manager and agent working together on this?

      Thanks very much guys. I'm just glad to share the news with a community that's been a very big part of my life for a long time.

          Well this is just awful! From now on, every time someone posts an "I'm getting no response from agents and managers, are queries any use at all?" gloom and doom rant, everyone's gonna point to this shining beacon of light and yell "YES!"
