Default Brightburn

It's "Man Of Steel" (which the film validates in the process) meets "The Omen" with hints of John Carpenter. It's one of those superhuman films (calling it a superhero film is a bad idea) that breaks the rules with guts. Solid performances among the cast.

It's less that and more 'what if Superman was psycho?'
Great film and flew right under everyone's radar. To be fair, I avoided it too as the trailers were disappointing and unclear.

I thought it was decent. Didn't blow me away but it was sufficiently grim and there were some cool scenes and images. I liked that final one of the kid looking down from the clouds as ______ falls.
