Default Duck Tales

Well, my Facebook feed exploded off the screen and directly into my face this morning with the news. Duck Tales is headed back to television in 2017. Seems like good timing for the nostalgia wave, and the remastered NES game that was released last year (or the year before?) was pretty well-received, so it's probably very timely. Of course, the VA for Scrooge McDuck will be 97 when it launches, though he did the voice in the video game I can't see him coming back for that level of commitment.

Anyway, opinions?

Will never be as good as the original. Such a fun cartoon.

Ditto. Part of me is excited, part of me is deeply cynical. What's next, Alvin and the Chipmunks?

When there's trouble you call DW! Adi Shankar needs to get on a gritty, dark Dark Wing Duck short, ASAP.
