Looks like the filmmakers looked at Hulk (2008)...

I don't recall seeing Hugh Jackman in Saving Private Ryan.

Must have been a deleted scene.

Both Tsotsi and Rendition were very well shot (they were both kind of lame though, particularly Rendition). So I'm not surprised that the trailer for this film looks good. I'm just curious - will the whole movie be in slow motion?

Dude, he was the soldier with the freaky claws that kept getting shot and got back up again.

I'm reserving judgment either way until I see the movie. But for now it seems like they're jam cramming way too much into one movie.

Damn! Now it's all coming back to me. I remember that now. All the Germans started running their asses off because they thought he was kinda freaky.

I'm kinda liking it. Seems they've drawn from the current Origins comic and some of the issues of Weapon X.

You're right. I did read the Origins comics and noticed some of the stuff in there. I like how it appears they're handling it.

Not a fan of origin stories but I'll make an exception in this cause since Wolverine's origin is essentially a vivisection. What's not to like about that?

And the trailer looks pretty decent.

I must warn you like every adaptation there is - they did take liberties from the Origin comic. The entire first 15 pages or so.

So don't expect a true adaptation. Coming from a die hard wolverine fan i was a bit miffed at some of the changes - but as a screenwriter (wannabe) understand the why they did it.

this is gonna suck- it will be solid action with a bit of dialog and drama showing up every other 10 minutes.
