Comedies run from 95 to 100
Epics can run from 120 to 160 (hard sell but a lot of detail and description can sometimes go into them) Rest come in from 100 to 110 on average |

To quote one of the pros on this site, shoot for 110. Personally, I think 5-10 pages less than this is much better than 5-10 pages more.

I agree with nickj, though I'd even say you could start at 100 and err on the side of 5 pages shorter.
Here's something I'm less sure of - how short can you go? Is less than 90 going to get you in trouble? |

Usually I've found that if your under 120 it's fine, you'll get people to look at it (if you have a great script of course). They of course will suggest editing (and they will kindly tell you what to edit also...) One page over that your in trouble. My consultant usually comes at me with a hammer when I do that.
