Newspaper in a foreign language

hi Guys, Okay here's my problem. I have 2 characters and some pieces of a german newspaper. One of the characters can read german but the other doesn't understand a word of it. The first guy needs to translate to the second. I 'd like to show some of the pix featuring in the paper. How will you write this scene ? I thought about
INSERT and then include the text in German but what about the English translation ? What about the translation with a OS ? Well hope u understand what I try to say and thanx in advance !
