I'm going to throw this review up tomorrow. Basically I liked what I read. I didn't love it though
 . However, I don't know if anyone caught this, but there are some prime opportunities for Cusack to make references to Better Off Dead. I think there should be more. And I suspect that may be why he was thought of in the first place.

This is pretty funny overall. I didn't love it, but it definitely had me laughing. The ski scenes, IMO, are a no doubt homage to Better Off Dead.
Lou REALLY annoyed me to no end, though. And I think Cusack as Adam is a perfect fit. I pictured him as I read it and he'll kill that role. |
