Who knows anything about sail boat racing?

Polishing my script now and there's a scene at the end about a tri-maran. If anybody's got any experience in this world, please let me pick your brain.

What are some of the positions about a boat like this? And what commands might you give some of these people? And what qualifications might one have that would impress the other crew members. My lead character is pretending to have World Cup experience, so stuff at that level would work great.
