Has anyone commented on the fact that the feud between Ryan and Simon has completely disappeared from this season? It was obviously a conscious decision by the producers to put more focus on the contestants. A wise one IMHO.

I hadn't paid much attention to that.

But do you think maybe it's mainly because they're mostly apart right now? I wonder if it'll pick back up when they're in the same room.

I'm bummed that Lanesha and Jamar are gone. I'd rather Norman and the blind guy went. And I can't stand Tatiana. But I can't wait to see how she deals with the judge's feedback.

I know he can see.

I just want to see him blow his cover. See how he knew where his mom was at when he hugged her?

And I know some of you don't believe that I know he's blind. But check this:

1) How does he know where the keys are on the piano? I sat down my blind uncle Joaquin at the church organ and told him to play me some Beethoven. He sat there for 15 minutes and still couldn't play me a song. That motherfvcker couldn't even play me some Mozart.

2) The hair. It's a mess. Stevie's hair ain't no mess. When you blind, they do you up.

3) The cane. Stevie don't carry no cane. Ray don't carry no cane.

He's a blind pimp, I'm telling you.

P.S. And Stevie and Ray don't know where the keys are either. They use those self player pianos where the keys move on their own.

Whoa, I liked that girl who once had a record deal, sigh, she had something special, ya know? She needs to move to England, get on the X Factor or something.

I recorded last night, but if all they are doing is sitting people down and saying you're through, you're not through, ain't gonna watch it.

That filler show stinks, literally stinks, it's a big commercial machine for them. It's one extra show that's totally unnecessary.

Isn't that guy merely 'legally blind?'

I thought he had some blurry guidlines as to where he was relative to objects and people.

That said, I still thought his vocals-only stuff was only so so.
