Default Church question

I believe this is my first ever post in this category.

There's a room in the back of churches where the groom waits before the wedding, gets final instructions from the priest, then emerges from when it's go time.

Anyone know what this is called other than the "church back room"?

Thanks

This may only apply to Catholic churches, I'm not sure, but grooms usually wait in a room called the "Sacristy," which is where the priest and altar boys prepare.

Green room?

No, no, that doesn't seem right, though the marriage will almost certainly be a tragedy or a farce.

Hmm ... Vestry is probably best if you are going to insist on a name. I think the term was even used in the evangelical churches that I attended in my youth, and referred to the room where candidates for baptism put on their robes before being submerged. Frankly I would just call it DRESSING ROOM IN CHURCH.
