Surprise, surprise...
Heroes has been renewed for a reduced number of episodes for next season. But it isn't out of the woods just yet. There's still plenty of time for the series to take a devastating nose dive in the ratings with the remaining episodes, allowing NBC to change their strategy at the last minute. Apparently its renewal is not the final deal that guarantees if the show is coming back. Read more at the link below: http://www.thrfeed.com/2009/03/nbc-to-renew-heroes.html |

There was never an infrastructure for this story. It was built on a house of cards from day one. It doesn't surprise me that the story's completely fallen apart.

A Cliff's Notes version of "Watchmen" is all this show is.
You're going to have your protags save the world in the FIRST SEASON?! Brilliant. Really brilliant.... ![]() And don't get started about how "Studio 60" got treated... ![]()

That's funny. Studio 60 should have had some Heroes on as guest hosts.

I see what you did there.
On a side note I have had several erotic dreams about Harriet Myers, but only Harriet Myers as Holly Hunter.

Studio 60 got treated as well as it should have been treated.
It wasn't NBC's fault it sucked. Heroes getting renewed is surprising. Knight Rider will hopefully not surprise.

What was wrong with its timeslot?
It got huge ratings when it premiered, but then people realize it sucked and it dropped like a brick.

yay. now i can continue to not watch it, a process which began in season two because there were too many characters and a muddled un-interesting story! Yay!
