Default Fall 1963 non-primetime TV lineup

I can remember a lot from back then, but I need to check on non-primetime TV schedules for Fridays in April 1963.

I'm sure no one here can remember what the shows would be (most here weren't even born, I'm sure), but if anyone knows of a website (and, again, non-primetime) where I could find this, I'd be forever in your debt.

Well, maybe for a week, but that's not too shoddy...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1962%E2...edule_(weekday)

Won't give the exact URL, so go to the second option of "search" and then hit the first option link. Also tells you which shows were in COLOR!

Hope this helps.

Great. Thanks so much! (We didn't have color TV back then, by the way, though we were one of the first families to have a TV when they were first put up for sale.)

No problem...if I could find a job doing research, I would be happy...especially with Google. I was great at it with card catalogs also.

...and 3 years before I was born, too old to be starting up as this, what happens when you set sh-t aside in your twenties and thirties because everyone wants you to be responsible, not sure when the rebellious streak left me.

We had a b&w as well as a color until about 1980 or so...the first TV I remember was a huge console thing, and I remember when Curtis Mathes was the "Cadillac" of tvs and when being the "Cadillac" actually meant something.

I won't even tell you when I was born.

But I remember stuff that's now just passed into legend, I'm afraid.
