Looking for Final Draft cheap!

My friend found a brand new Final Draft for Windows on ebay for $60. I am not having this kind of luck. Does anyone know where to find it cheap? I'd even be willing to purchase an opened one, as long as it works and is not , I don't care. I have FD for Mac but I'm on PC now. Advice? Links?

LOL. Nevermind! I realized that since I have it on Mac that I can just upgrade and the newer versions are hybrid anyway. LOL. BTW, I called FD and they said April 11th there will be a $30 off upgrade special. I'm waiting til then!
