Excellent article on Milch in this week's New Yorker. Can't cut-and-paste from their website; it's only available in print form. Well worth reading, just to understand his process.

Somebody, somewhere out there must have a copy, either audio or video, of a writing seminar he gave at the WGA in 2001.
Please share with the rest of us, Milch would want you to. |

Jake - If you run a search for David Milch on the WGA website, the second link is an article written by someone who attended the seminar and it includes a fascinating excerpt.
Can't post it because the site doesn't work that way or more likely, my computer skillz are lacking. |

Jim, I've been in touch with the WGA. All four lectures in three backcopy magazines plus one photocopy are available for $15 from the WGA.
