  • Dialogue Interruptions

I was wondering if there's a format to uphold when interrupting a character's dialogue.

I currently do it like this (for instance, if a character's going to swear...):

    Code:
    BOB
    Why don't you
    go f-

    TINA
    [U]Enough[/U]!
Or I just throw action in after the '-' Do you use a wryly? Hit me with some knowledge you savvy writers you.

The way you have it seems pretty good. Same thing I do to interrupt dialogue.
