  • Four or more talk at once...

If you've seen "Cheers" then you know it would looking something like this...

    Code:
Norm bursts through the door and waddles fast down the steps.

    EVERYBODY
    Norm!

    WOODY
    How’s it going Mr. Peterson?
I have a script where this happens except there are only four characters in the room. Do I use the 'everybody' one like above or like I've seen in the bible, one of these or is there a new more better way to do it?

    Code:
Harry finishes eating. Addison is looking bored. Martha is looking for one
more grape. Baily-Jean playing hockey with a pea and a mashed potato goal.

CHARLES (11) baggy pants, black tee-shirt with the Dodge Ram logo,
cautiously walks in skirting the wall.

    HARRY, ADDISON, MARTHA, AND BAILY-JEAN
    Chucky!

Charles ducks his head and blushes

Personally, I'd just use "Everybody" since they are the only ones in the room. It's quick, it's easy to understand and doesn't bog down the reader.

If it's important that we know which people are talking at once, then list them out from left to right (never top to bottom as in your 2nd example).

      I'd go with EVERYBODY, too.

I'd do EVERYONE as well. Now, if they're not the only ones in the room, but they can all be classified as a single group, I'd use something that clearly identifies them, like GANG, FRIENDS, BUDDIES, COPS, etc.
