    I'm serious about this.

I almost always put a period after one of my characters asks a question in my scripts and I don't catch myself.

    How can I fix this.

    See what I'm sayin'.

Ask your invisble friend, if he's not still hung over.

      Re: ?

For a limited time, use the question mark whenever you would ordinarily use a full-stop.

This will solve your problem, but will also leave you with a new one.

Jcorona, I have an idea. Give me a month. I will get back to you.

Until then, and speaking seriously, when you type your dialogue, say it aloud, as an actor would. Your intonation will provide you clues about when to use the question mark.

By the way, in a recent post of mine, i linked to an article that stated actors hate just answering questions in a script.

That's good stuff to know. I can call him out and not have to worry about him kicking my ass.

Question marks are passé. We should be able to tell by the exquisitely clever dialogue whether it's a question or not.
