Personally I like Combato...however I've had quite a few people say that it sounded cartoonish...I would like to hear more people comment on the word Combato in the title.
not to be a downer but
the amount of effort you're spending on this title is wasteful
even if your script gets sold as is
the PR department can change the name at any time
any title you choose is technically a "working title"
you should spend more time on the content of your story
if a producer likes your story but not your title he'll just say, "we can change the title" - so easy.

okay - as you were.
If you're not represented then the title is EXTREMELY important. That producer isn't going to get to the point of liking your story if they haven't opened up the email query. A great title in the subject line is the first, very important step to getting the read.
Even if you are represented, a good title can pique interest and put readers in a better frame of mind. It also clues them into what kind of story it is, possibly reducing some exposition.
of course they can change the name...my agent likes the title but hey..he hasn't sold it...so I think a new title will give the script some reads on my next marketing blitz.
