Another? I don't know if there's ever been a first one. Certainly there have been strikes by individual guilds, but I don't know that any two guilds have yet banded together in a strike effort.
It's true that the WGA, SAG/AFTRA and the DGA have a number of issues in common in their negotiations (or upcoming negotiations) with the AMPTP, most crucially health care and residuals (this covers money from DVD sales as well as video-on-demand, among other things). Whether two or more of the guilds will band together and strike against the studios at one time, as a united force, remains to be seen. In any case, if it does happen, it probably won't be for a while, possibly not until 2005.
