mostly, i want to make sure that i'm not making one of those "ooh, this noob is an idiot" kind of glaring mistakes. it sounds like i won't be called to task so badly that my storytelling might be disregarded; so, i believe i've learned a lot from this discussion overall. i do tend towards perfecting technical aspects because of my real job working in regulatory documents. note ya'll, nothing will put you to sleep faster than piles of mindless bureaucratic b.s... there should have been an amendment in the declaration of independence that said "the people" will get to the point in an expedient manner.
