Fun Halloween short script contest!

If anyone's up for this, shout! Show of hands, please.

• Think Halloween or horror themes, but if you don't like that, then just write something else instead -- it's a suggestion not a hard rule. Entertain yourself!
• No blowing dust off old contest scripts or using opening scenes from a full length spec script -- write something new for the contest!
• 8 pages max. -- can be shorter if you like.
• Start writing now! Don't leave it until the last moment, that has never worked for you in the past!
• Submission deadline is midnight Fri 28 Oct, so entries can be read and votes sent by Oct 31st -- let's not leave it until Halloween has passed and interest dies.
• Export formatted txt or pdf files and email or PM to me.

Looks like we have enough for a quorum, though it's minimal numbers... but maybe others will get swept up in the excitement (!) as the month rolls on.

3 weeks till deadline! I wonder who's started writing, or outlining, or has closed their eyes and imagined the glory of winning the contest.

It's taken me two weeks to come up with one page so I very much look forward to reading everybody else's pages.

I did post this page on facebook and twitter when the contest first started. I hope that'll get some new people involved. We always need new blood. HA HAHA. <--- evil laugh
