You can look for Turkish soap operas on IMDb. I found these episode listings just by putting "Turkish soap opera imdb" into a search engine. Not all are filled out but you some are -- also Wikipedia.

You can also look at American soap operas just to get an idea. Even a show like Sex and a the City has a Wikipedia page full of episode blurbs. Here's a listing for Season 3:
