Hi.

I would like to write loglines and synopsises for soap operas and I'm wondering if anybody is experiences in this particular genre.

Aren't soap operas written in a writers' room with a bunch of other writers? Can you look up a Turkish soap opera you're familiar with and see what the logline is?

I will probably have been ordered to write several soap operas and I am struggling to find out where to start.

Can you find a script of an episode of a Turkish soap opera online somewhere so you can study the look and format of one? Why is someone hiring you to write one with no guidance?

You can look for Turkish soap operas on IMDb. I found these episode listings just by putting "Turkish soap opera imdb" into a search engine. Not all are filled out but you some are -- also Wikipedia.

You can also look at American soap operas just to get an idea. Even a show like Sex and a the City has a Wikipedia page full of episode blurbs. Here's a listing for Season 3:
