Kinda weird that signing one of the two biggest agencies in town to a code of conduct that eliminates packaging and strictly limits agency ownership interests in production feels almost like an afterthought but also still kind of a BFD. The HBO Max situation seems to have also lit fire under the major agencies' asses to fight for participation money in a way that being fired by their writers for almost two years (for pretty much everything the agencies are writing Strongly Worded Letters to AT&T about this week) never quite did. Oh well, probably a good time to be going back if you had left
