  • Congrats to Michael Botti!

A script he repped, The Man in the Rearview Mirror, was just sold in a low to mid six figure deal! Michael, how's it feel?

      Yeah, congrats!

I read the logline on BloodyDisgusting. Sounds very cool, very noirish.

            Congratulations, Michael.

What happens in an office when someone sells a spec? Is there some sort of embarrassing standing ovation as you walk through the room bashfully with your head held low, looking up briefly to half give an awkward wave?

Clearly these guys are good. If nothing else, I suppose the contest placing/wins encouraged them quite a bit. Certainly would encourage me.

But while I am not a contest naysayer, I dunno that this particular sale is proof of anything re contest wins.

Congrats to AP and MB! It sounds like a very cool movie that I would want to see.
