Hi Lisa. I'm not sure if you ever found this answer, but on IMDb I did a search for "2019" and limited it to TV, and a list of 200 tv shows came back. I think these are the ones that were new to 2019. In other words, it doesn't take into account shows into later seasons.

Any one know where you might find a complete listing? It would be interesting to see the genre breakdown and as well as a breakdown of serial vs procedural.
And 2020 is going to grow even greater than last year's 7% YOY, due to all the streamers coming on line.
