P.J. McIlvaine Signs With Silver Bitela Agency

Screenwriter P.J. McIlvaine has signed with Silver Bitela Agency, where she will be repped by Ed Silver and Babz Bitela. McIlvaine is the writer behind the Showtime original movie “My Horrible Year”, which was nominated for a Daytime Emmy for Best Director.

McIlvaine has also written the indie family pic “The Town that Banned Christmas” and her horror short “Buried Alive” will be featured as part of the anthology web series “In Fear Of.” On the journalism side, McIlvaine has written for The New York Times, Newsday and The Star as well as the websites Screen Talk and Moviebytes. Said Bitela of McIlvaine, “You know market ready when you hear it and you know marketable product when you find it. We found all that and more in PJ.”
