    Hilde: Everyone works hard, and winning contests is gratifying, but the point is that if you're dreaming of a six figure income from this business (as most are) your odds of success vs becoming a victim of 'helpful' scam artists are a lot higher working inside the industry.

      I thought that it was easier to get scammed being in Hollywood than outside of Hollywood. I mean look at all those celeb's who had their entire fortunes wiped out by the very people who were suppose to take care of their money

        Hildie's been very clear about her qualifications to speak on this subject. What she did, where it got her, who she met, etc. What, 8, are your qualifications?

        As a crime writer I've had plenty of time to talk to con artists, some right in LA, and it's not hard to tell a well-connected lecture series from a scam. If you want, you can hire me as a consultant and I'll teach you how to tell the difference, but here's a hint: it's in the outcome.
