Next up.. the damn Final Draft Big Break thing (around Sep 11), the blasted Slamdance (Sep 28), and then I can slump back into my usual '6-10 queries a day' mailing spree, at various companies, which keeps me sane..

Vis: Yes, I'm going to go. According to the folks at AFF, they have special panels and meet & greets for those who finish in the semi's (and higher).

Mal: I'm working on a better logline - it's basically a fish-out-of-water tale set in the world of sports.

got a call on mon also.. made the semis for the latitude comp. (nine semis in this category.. to be narrowed down to five finalists)
been at the fest as a second rounder before.. good time.. bar at the driskal is the best place to network.
