If you happen to be in Australia then Karel Segers is the one I can recommend.
I've been to some really bad seminars (including one organised by the Writer's Guild and run by an award winning writer) and his is really good.
They are basically about 'story' rather than writing - much of the class is going through snippets of films. eg: What worked in Die Hard. What didn't work in Blade Runner, etc.
Another thing I liked is that he doesn't re-invent new terminology for everything, or claim credit for other people's work .. he quite happily suggests people read up on Blake Snyder for one thing, and Linda Segers for another instead of telling people to buy his own book!
I went through UCLA's program. Invaluable, even though I had to drop out a few months later due to family needs. It was still vital to my growth as a screenwriter. If you have any way of going, just do it.
I've never taken one of their extension classes, but UCLA's professional program is fantastic. Very similar in structure to the MFA program and not absurdly expensive. Worked for me.
They do have an online membership program you can take and if you look at the alumni list, it's solid!! I learned so much from taking this class, it was like that final push I needed as a writer.
