Contest Judge Article

There was an article about a contest judge that mentioned scripts from "Hong Kong" on the title page were basically thrown in the rubbish pile. Can someone pls post this article, I can't find it anywhere.

Nobody is replying because it's such a long involved story with possible legal ramifications and maybe the threads were all pulled, I didn't check.

I think it's okay to refer you to www.celluloidblonde.wordpress.com for more info. But, in a nutshell, if you didn't enter the Silver Screenwriting Competition, you have nothing to worry about. Not that I'm saying you'd have to worry if you did, mind you, because I'm not!
